Each
WebPage has a number of properties associated with it used to manage the Page Type, Page Name and other features or details associated with that webpage. The Details Tab is also used to control where the page will appear on the WebSite
?.

The fields on Page Details are:
| Page Title | The name of the page which appears on the top of the browser window (this is also important for Search Engine classification). |
| Page Name | The name of the page which appears on the Link to the page in Menus', Portlets, Site Map or Search Results. This is the key indentifier for calling the page from the server. |
| Page Type | Allows you to select WebPage, HomePage? (or Style Sheet for advanced users). The Global Home Page and Country Home Pages should use the HomePage? type, while all other pages should use the WebPage. |
| Publish | This field is used to tell the system what is the status of this page. A Published page is live on the WebSite?. A Draft Page is hidden from public view and only available to WebEditors? who are logged on to the system. A Members Only Page is hidden from public view and only available for members who are logged on to the system. Archive is used to mark a WebPage as old or ready for deletion. Archived pages are also hidden from public view. |
| Page available by | Determines where the link to this page will be displayed. The options are: |
| Menu Bar | These are the main Menu buttons which appear along the vertical blue menu bar. |
| Drop Menu | The Page Name will appear as a Link below the Main Menu Bar Button which you have selected. In order to be able to select a Main Menu Button, you must have set the Menu Bar to be a Menu Stub (see Menu Stub option below). |
| Country | The page will appear in the country selected; for example if you select Hong Kong, this page will be displayed within the Hong Kong web site framework only, not within the Global or any other Country sites. Note: if you select a Country this also determines the user rights for who can edit this web page. For example, only Hong Kong WebEditors? can edit Hong Kong Web pages. |
| Menu display order number | This will determine the order in the list in which the links will be displayed in Menu's or Portlet sections. The order can be changed at any time and the system will chronologically re-order the page numbers for you. If you re-order a drop menu item which has sub-menu's associated with it, then the sub-menu's will still be associated with it and will move in place with the Drop Menu. |
