The
Upload files tab is used for uploading document attachments or images into your web page. These documents are stored and referenced from the web page itself not from the central file store.
There is one step to upload your files and then another step to append your file into the web page.
Step 1 - upload: will upload the files and save the web page, thereby storing the file attachment or image with your web page document. ( For example you may upload files into a web page for storage usage only and refer to these document or images from another location. )
Step 2 - append: will append the attachment or image into your web page at the bottom of all the current web page elements. You can cut and paste the attachment or image to any other location manually.
Step 1 - How to upload files
1. Click Browse to select the file you with to upload. (It can be .doc, pdf, xls, etc or Gif or JPG for images).
2. Click the 'Upload attachment' button and wait for your file to be upload to the server. ( You will be prompted with a warning that uploading will save the current web page document.)

Step 2 - How to 'Append attachment' or 'Append image'
After you have uploaded your file the name of the file will appear either in the document attachment section or the document image section depending on whether it is an image or file. ( An image is defined by the file suffix .Gif or JPG ).
1. Click on the respective 'Append attachment' button to append your file into the current web page.
It will automatically save your web page and append the standard File Icon with a link to your attachment into the bottom of the current web page.
2. Move your file attachment or image to any other location you want within the web page.
If you have inserted an Image you can easily cut your image and paste to another location.
If you have inserted a file then you need to select the Table object (surrounding the file image) correctly before you cut. You can then paste to other location within your web page.
