Managed RSS Feeds on your site

WebBench provides RSS facilities for your Web Pages. To enable a WebPage to Show RSS content for this page in an RSS Feed reader you must to the following:

1. Edit you WebPage and go to the Elements & Tools Tab

2. Set 'Page is RSS enabled' to Yes

RSS feed readers will see a text summary of your web page and a link back to this page. RSS feed readers display all content updates in the most recent chronologically order. Therefore, you last page updated will show on top with the date of this change.

3. Write your content summary or teaser information into the RSS page summary area.

Your content will then become immediately available for those users your use RSS to keep up to date with changes to your site. Many later browsers now contain in built RSS Feed readers so that you can click on RSS Feeds directly to see them.
