WebBench users can change their own passwords or the WebBench administrators can login to WebBench to change passwords.

For Members to change their own passwords:

1) Via your web site login form

a) go to your website
b) click 'Log in'
c) click 'reset password'
d) enter your email address and submit

A system generated password will be sent to you.

2) Use the 'Change Password' link after 'Log in'

a) after you login to Members secure area click the 'Change password' link on the top right.
b) use the change password form to generate a new password.

The password change will take effect almost immediately, ie., within 5 minutes.

3) WebBench administrators can Login to WebBench and change Members passwords.

a) Login to WebBench
b) Expand from the left Navigator - 'Members By - User Details'
c) Use GoTo? field or navigate to the member user record, then click it to open it
d) Click 'Edit Document'
e) Click the 'Password' tab
f) Click the 'Modify' Button
g) Enter the new password and confirm it
h) Save and Close

The change will take place almost immediately, ie., wait 5 minutes.
