There are two ways to add an image to your web page:
1. Upload the image to be stored with the web page document and add the image HTML code into your web page contents.
2. Upload the image in to the central image store and use the image control in the web page contents editor to add this image.
Option 2 is the easiest method to use, however, the image that you upload will become available in the central image store for other web editors or countries that wish to use this image. If you use this method then you must ensure your image has a unique name in the image store.
Option 1 stores the images as attachments with the web page document.
Using Option 1: To add the attachment to your web page follow these steps:
1.Edit the WebPage where you will put your image.
2.Go to the 'Upload Files' tab and select 'Browse' to find and select your attachment using file explorer.
3.Select 'Upload attachment & refresh attachment code' button to upload your attachment to the server and display the 'HTML code for images'. Please wait, as depending on the size of your attachment, it may take a while to upload & refresh the page.
4.Mark and Copy the 'HTML code for images' i.e., all text between the '< >' characters.
5.Next, paste the HTML code into your web page contents; however, ensure that you are in the 'Source' mode before you do this (click 'Source' if not). Go to the location where you wish the image link to appear and click Paste or Ctrl-V.
6.Click the 'Source' button again to view the HTML as rich text to see how & where your image appears.
Note that the HTML code for images does not use a width or height parameter tag. Therefore the image will display in the default size that you have saved it from your graphics editor. You may adjust the HTML code to add width and height tags if you wish.
Using Option 2: To add the attachment to your web page using the central stored images, follow these steps:
